Provides direction and information regarding internal hospital services. Is an ambassador of Deaconess Memorial Medical Center, cultivating an atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism; thereby creating a favorable impression of the hospital and its mission. Demonstrates knowledge of developmental needs of patient population specific to that department. Required Certifications/Licenses/Experience High School diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school
Preferred Certification/Licenses/Experience:
