Job Description
Job Summary - Assist with patient care based on the individual patient needs. Performs duties in the Emergency Department within the scope of practice and under direct supervision of the registered nurse and/or physician. Regulatory Requirements High school graduate or equivalent required (GED) CNA required or prior Patient Care Technician experience. STNA or PCT Preferred Must have current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Skills Previous experience with an EMR system is preferred Medical Terminology
