Memorial Hermann Texas International Endoscopy Center is a premier outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a safe and efficient environment. Our center features 1 Operating Room and 3 Treatment Rooms, equipped with advanced technology that enables our surgeons to perform a variety of procedures in the specialty area of Gastroenterology. Job Summary:
The Endoscope Washer / Endoscope Reprocessing Technician is responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, and proper handling of flexible endoscopes and related equipment in accordance with facility policies, manufacturer instructions, and infection control guidelines. This position plays a critical role in preventing infection transmission and maintaining patient safety . High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, and hand dexterity Ability to wear PPE for extended periods
