Exercise Planner 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, AR Full-time ASRC Federal 365 reviews Full-time ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full-time Exercise Planner to support our customer in Little Rock AFB, AR in support of Air Mobility Command's (AMC)
STORM FLAG
exercise program. The position is full-time on site at our customers' facility.
Key Role:
Identify and coordinate exercise Desired Training Objectives (DTO's) & Desired Learning Objectives (DLO's). Attend exercise planning conferences, and coordinate AMC participation in Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) exercises to integrate AMC exercise DTOs and DLOs with those of other commands and develop exercise scenarios that provide AMC and other participating commands optimal training value. Assist in developing AMC exercise materials, documents, and support AMC/A37 in preparing exercise briefings. Assist in developing joint scripts via the Master Events Management System (MEMS) incorporating current intel, lessons learned, AOR TTP's and scripted training events to meet AMC/Army JRTC Joint training objectives. Establish the AMC White Cell, Exercise Control Cell, Exercise Response Cell and M&S Cell as appropriate to control exercise events and responses, and to guide the exercise toward achieving the training objectives. Support in developing an assessment plan and provide observations for use in evaluating AMC participation and responses to exercise events. Assist in planning and execution of all phases of selected STORM FLAG and JNTC related exercises with the 34th CTS at Little Rock AFB and other JNTC exercise locations. Assist in drafting program budget request (PBRs) for contract support of
GFLR JNTC
exercises and events.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (CCAF or equivalent) with 8-10 Air Mobility Command Experience Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a government background investigation Must have a current and active SECRET level clearance Minimum 3 - 5 years of air mobility aircrew experience Must have strong working knowledge of AMC scheduling and C2 systems. Must have strong written and oral skills. Strong attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 - 7 years of air mobility aircrew experience 3-5 years of experience with AMC exercise design and coordination 3 years of AMC staff experience with knowledge of staff products and processes Working knowledge of AMC concepts and practices with regards to exercise design and coordination. Schedule M-F between 7:30am and 4:30pm Central Time 2 weeks of travel in support of up to 4 STORM FLAG exercises annually required Shift work during
