40 hours/week, 5 days/week On your feet, coaching clients Shared client model = consistent 8-hour shifts with minimal split shifts No sales responsibilities Average first-year earnings: $45,000+ Opportunity to earn $90,000+ within 3 years Benefits include 401(k) with company match, health insurance, and paid sabbatical program
