What You'll Do As a Movement Specialist, you'll guide clients through individualized programs designed to improve movement quality, strength, mobility, resilience, and long-term performance.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive movement assessments Design individualized corrective exercise programs Coach one-on-one strength training sessions Progress clients following physical therapy discharge Collaborate closely with Doctors of Physical Therapy regarding client progress Track objective outcomes and reassess regularly Build long-term relationships centered around education and accountability Contribute to the continued development of the Evolve Standard assessment system Who We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy solving movement problems. You care more about helping someone squat pain-free than counting reps. You appreciate coaching, education, and long-term client success more than simply leading workouts. You're constantly learning and enjoy collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field 2+ years of coaching experience Strong understanding of movement assessment and exercise progression Experience working with orthopedic, post-rehabilitation, or active adult populations Excellent communication skills Passion for continual learning Preferred certifications include (not required):
