Job Description

The WFC Technician & Wellness Specialist is responsible for supporting the rehabilitation department through patient transportation, clerical duties, and teamwork. Primary responsibilities include overseeing fitness center operations, providing personal training, coordinating and teaching exercise classes, and supporting member, corporate, and employee wellness programs. This position also supervises Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Phase II and III patients and monitors blood pressure, heart rhythms, target heart rates, and oxygen levels. The WFC Technician & Wellness Specialist works effectively with a diverse population while providing a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for members and patients. Performs other duties as assigned. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
40 hours per week - First Shift 5:30 AM - 7:00
PM Weekend Rotation:
Alternating weekends with staff. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field required. Current ACLS, CPR, and AED certification required.
