Exercise Physiologist

StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers, physical therapy aides, massage therapists, and Yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team of Flexologists. We have a team of experts with credentials in an array of related fields including exercise science, personal training, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals and our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio operations Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Maintain strong social media presence for client membership and retention Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications:

Preferred backgrounds: Personal Trainer Physical Therapy Aide, Massage Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Athletic Trainer, Pilates, or Yoga Instructor Fitness certification or degree in related field required (completed or in progress) Experience in a fitness/health environment with hands-on engagement with clients. Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies. Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, including online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
