Clinical Infusion Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality infusion therapy to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. This role requires a strong background in nursing with specific experience in acute care settings, as well as proficiency in using electronic health record Responsibilities Administer intravenous (IV) medications and fluids to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients during infusion therapy, observing for any adverse reactions or complications. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and aftercare. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Perform laboratory tests as needed, including blood draws Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and pharmacology related to infusion therapy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Proficient in using electronic health record systems Experience in acute care settings is highly desirable.
