Job Description

Mobility Assistant/Technician Position Overview:
Looking for a skilled and motivated person to join my team. This job focuses on assessing movement limitations, designing targeted mobility programs, and guiding clients toward improved flexibility, joint health and overall performance. Get one on one training with me on how to perform a full body assisted stretch and how to properly assess ROM and other restrictions in the process. We will work on possible training for performing soft tissue work, using my own technique/approach.

I blend science-based movement practices with personalized care to support clients ranging from athletes to everyday individuals seeking improved mobility and function using soft tissue work and assisted stretching.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct movement assessments to identify restriction, imbalances and dysfunctions Develop individualized mobility and corrective exercise programs Perform 1 on 1 sessions and lead small group classes Educate clients on proper movement mechanics, posture and injury prevention Maintain a safe, clean and professional environment
Qualifications:
Certification in mobility, corrective exercise, or related field (i.e
NASM-CES, PTA, LMT
etc.), BS in Kinesiology or related field Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and movement principles Experience working with clients with mobility restrictions or chronic restrictions Ability to demonstrate exercises and provide hands on or verbal cues Passion for helping others improve movement quality Preferred (Not required): Background in strength and conditioning, physical therapy, or sports performance Experience with techniques such as PNF stretching or myofascial release Prior experience in a clinical gym or wellness setting What we offer: Flexible scheduling Access to facility and equipment Established clientele Competitive pay (contract work-make up to $7k/month)
