In this role, you will deliver the gold standard of senior fitness by facilitating authorized SilverSneakers programming designed to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and functional agility. The ideal candidate will blend the structured, evidence-based SilverSneakers curriculum with strong foundational movement principles (such as NASM guidelines for active aging) to create a safe, welcoming, and socially engaging environment where residents can thrive.
