Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - In-Home Skill-based ABA Therapy Join a Growing Team with East Coast Roots Our New York-based ABA agency is expanding to Anchorage and Mat-Su, and we're hiring passionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. We offer a supportive and team-oriented environment, with hands-on training, ongoing supervision by experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth in a field that makes a real impact. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Record detailed session data using electronic data collection systems Assist with skill-building in areas such as communication, play, self-help, and social interaction Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent, quality care Attend ongoing training and supervision sessions What We Are Looking For Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain through company sponsored Training Program , required) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred) At least 1 year of experience working with children preferred Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in Anchorage and surrounding areas A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification Flexible scheduling options Paid training and RBT certification assistance (if not yet certified) Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs Mileage reimbursement Paid Sick Time Fellowship hours needed for an ABA graduate program at no cost Be part of something meaningful from the ground up. (Required response) What is your weekly work availability? (Required response) We are in the process of moving services to Anchorage and estimate 1-2 months between hiring and starting services. During this time, R/BTs will be asked to complete our in-house 40-hour RBT training program required by the BACB to obtain RBT certification status, if not already certified.
