Full-time Company Information:
Orion Behavioral Health Network (OBHN) is a growing and innovative outpatient mental health organization, which specializes in the delivery of services via tele-health and in person.
Description of Licensed Clinical Therapist Role:
OBHN is seeking a licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, Psychologist or licensed marriage and family therapist to serve as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to help our patients progress. Our staff consists of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, APRN, social workers, licensed professional counselors, and Doctorate of Clinical Pharmacy. We use various advanced treatment approaches including Medication Interventions, Telemedicine/Teletherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Psychological Testing, and more. Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions is preferred.
Licensed Clinical Therapist Tasks:
  • Provide individualized assessments
  • Formulate treatment plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings
  • Optional group therapy facilitation
  • Optional travel
  • Individual and family therapy Licensed Clinical Therapist Skills and requirements:
  • Active state license in at least 1 state as a psychologist, social worker, licensed professional counselor or licensed marriage and family therapist
  • Meet criteria for eventual licensure in Alaska.
  • Experience with therapy for children and adolescents preferred.
  • Experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy preferred.
Licensed Clinical Therapist Work Schedule:
Very flexible schedule working either five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days
Benefits:
Full benefits including: great health insurance, 401k with matching, paid vacation time off and stipend for CEUs.
Salary:
$60,000 to $75,000/year depending on experience. Production bonus available.
