About Fireweed & Cedar Fireweed & Cedar is a trauma-informed wellness collective in Fairbanks, Alaska offering clinical therapy, somatic healing services, yoga, red light therapy, and integrative wellness experiences. We are building a collaborative, non-corporate therapy environment where clinicians can do meaningful trauma work while maintaining autonomy, flexibility, and sustainable income. Our space is designed to support both client nervous system regulation and therapist wellbeing. The Opportunity We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing practice as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for clinicians who want: Focus solely on providing therapy, we handle the rest A steady stream of referrals without marketing stress Flexibility to design their own schedule Supportive peers without micromanagement A beautiful, calm therapy environment Opportunities to integrate somatic or holistic approaches You can build a part-time or full-time caseload. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to teens and adults Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely documentation (48-hour expectation) Collaborate with a small team of trauma-informed providers Option to offer groups, workshops, or specialty services Ideal Clinician Fully licensed in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) Experience treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or relational concerns Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative culture Interested in nervous-system informed or integrative approaches Values autonomy, clinical depth, and meaningful client relationships Strong preference for clinicians experienced with: Veterans / military populations Sexual trauma recovery EMDR, somatic therapies, or trauma-focused CBT Compensation Salary range: $70,000-$100,000+ annually , based on clinical productivity and completed client sessions. Compensation tiers are structured around average weekly completed sessions, with opportunities to advance into higher salary tiers as caseload productivity increases.
