Job Description

This recruitment is open until filled. Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for a Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist to join our Psychiatric Emergency Services/Mobile Crisis Response team! This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, plus 30 days of housing. Contact Human Resources at 907-796-8418 for details.
Pay Information:
Internal Hires:
Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
External Hires:
This position starts at $42.05 per hour. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.
Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist 2 provides individual, family, and/or group behavioral health crisis stabilization services in the Emergency Department, outpatient settings, and in the field through the Mobile Integrated Health Program. The role emphasizes solution-focused, evidence-based interventions, triage, referral, and links recipients to appropriate resources. Minimum Qualifications for the
Job:
Education:
Masters degree in social work or behavioral sciences in a licensable discipline by the Alaska Behavioral Regulatory Board.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience as a behavioral health counselor. Certification(s): Refer to Mandatory Education Policy upon hire and complete required certifications within the grace period. License(s): Active State of Alaska Master's Degree LCSW license. Must have a valid Driver's License.
