Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LMSW or LBSW to join our growing team in Arley, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, or a related field Active or eligible licensure in Alabama (LBSW or LMSW) Experience in individual and/or group therapy settings preferred Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
