Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Evidence Based Practice, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and solution focused counseling. This role is essential in supporting clients through their mental health challenges while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate data collection for diagnostic evaluations. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and recovery. Provide counseling to support clients in overcoming personal challenges. Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while documenting client progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions when necessary. Engage in data collection for ongoing assessment of client progress and program effectiveness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required. Relevant licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, etc.). Experience in related therapeutic modalities is preferred. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and family counseling practices preferred. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
