Job Description
Would YOU enjoy a career as a therapist primarily serving our adolescent programs in Lauderdale County ? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate QSAP 1 to join our Diversion team. Our services are exclusively for adolescents who have been court-ordered to attend, allowing adolescents to stay in their homes while receiving services such as individual counseling, family dynamics, school attendance, completing their education, obtaining a job or completing the terms of their probation. As a therapist, you will deliver individual, group, and family counseling, assessments, case management, and consultation services. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and placement evaluations. Perform diagnostic interview examinations to identify client needs. Develop and implement individualized service plans. Deliver clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Provide case management services Collaborate with clients and families during non-traditional hours in diverse settings, such as schools, client homes, jails, and other approved locations. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system. Maintain compliance with all documentation and billing requirements. Engage in telework services when necessary to meet client needs.
