Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Master's Level Therapist About the Role We are seeking an LPC or Master's Level Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position offers a built‑in caseload, steady referrals, and strong administrative support so you can focus on providing high‑quality clinical care. Responsibilities Complete assessments and diagnostic evaluations (ICD‑10) Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Develop treatment plans and maintain timely, HIPAA‑compliant documentation Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Provide services across the lifespan: children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support continuity of care Provide in‑office and telehealth services What We're Looking For We are a professional, collaborative team that values clear communication, reliability, and mutual respect.
