Job Description

Therapist - In Home Intervention Team (Geneva County) This position will be based out of our Geneva County Clinic in Geneva, Al Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with flexible hours based on family and program needs
Alabama State Retirement Option Available Responsibilities:
Serving as the team leader and providing services to families involved in the IHI project Responsible for evaluating referrals, assist with and perform interviews, and planning services Serve as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public. Overseeing, maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards Provides crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area
Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required One year experience in child and adolescent or family therapy required Completion of a clinical practicum Two years Post Master experience in a mental health setting preferred LPC licensure is preferred Must be willing to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In-Home Intervention training Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must have a good MVR Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
