We're seeking compassionate therapists who want to grow and thrive while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Attend team check-ins Maintain caseload of at least 15 clients/week (flexible schedule)

Requirements:

Active license (LPC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) in Alabama Malpractice insurance Ability to work independently as a contractor (1099) Comfortable using EHR and telehealth platforms

Preferred:

Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or couples therapy Credentialed with insurance or willing to go through the process
