Work in a positive, collaborative, and team-focused environment Receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical guidance Learn directly from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts Build valuable experience in ABA, child development, education, and behavioral health Access opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children and families Your Responsibilities Provide individualized, one-on-one support to children Follow behavior treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, learning, and daily living skills Implement structured skill-development programs Support children during both structured teaching and play-based activities Accurately collect and document data on client performance and progress Assist children with overcoming behavioral and developmental barriers Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and other team members Communicate respectfully and professionally with families and coworkers Follow all ethical, clinical, safety, and confidentiality requirements Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and supportive treatment environment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings Willingness to complete the required 40-hour RBT training program Interest in applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, education, or human services Dependable, patient, compassionate, and receptive to feedback Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team Commitment to supporting the growth and development of children Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with children Current or previous Registered Behavior Technician certification Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, education, childcare, or a related field Coursework or education related to psychology, education, child development, or human services
