In this role, you will provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while building a career in the ABA field. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, or school settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques such as: Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Reinforcement strategies Prompting and fading procedures Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members Complete session notes and documentation daily Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board OR willingness to obtain within 30-60 days Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete upon hire) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions and accept feedback from supervisors Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with autism Previous ABA or behavioral health experience Familiarity with data collection systems Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing supervision Opportunities for career advancement (BCaBA/BCBA track) Supportive and collaborative team environment Schedule Monday to Friday Day shifts (typical hours 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM)
