Job Description

LMSW/LAC
  • $60,000 or $52/billable hour plus benefits
LPC/LCSW
  • $75,000 or $65/billable hour plus benefits BCBS Insurance

  • Credible Delta Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking to add 1 school based therapist to our growing team in our Blytheville School!
This position will come with an established caseload due to the current therapist transitioning to the office. This is a salary position, however there are opportunities to receive bonus pay. Each applicant must be willing to carry out counseling functions to include but not limited to: being responsible for helping clients manage and overcome mental and emotional issues; listen to clients ask questions to help understand his/her needs/issues/life circumstances; and to develop strategies to improve his or her life. The Therapist will diagnose, treat, and help clients create coping strategies, counsel, listen, support, monitor the client for progress, work with individuals, families, and groups to help provide the best community resources. An Arkansas license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
