As an ABA Lead Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, leading client assessments, and guiding therapy teams to foster meaningful progress. Your expertise will help empower clients to develop essential skills, improve behavior, and enhance their overall quality of life. Duties Lead the development and implementation of individualized skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and behavioral observations, to inform treatment planning Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly Supervise and mentor therapy staff, ensuring adherence to ABA protocols, HIPAA regulations, and best practices in patient care Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication about treatment goals and progress Manage intake procedures for new clients, including initial assessments and behavioral health evaluations Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of medical terminology, and compliance with confidentiality standards Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders Bachelor's degree in associated field. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior intervention techniques, and skill acquisition programs in ABA therapy Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings supporting behavioral health and special education needs Familiarity with data collection methods, medical documentation, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining patient confidentiality and medical records Demonstrated ability to conduct client assessments, implement behavior intervention plans, and support behavioral disorders management Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Join our team as an ABA Lead Therapist if you are committed to making a difference through compassionate patient care, innovative therapy strategies, and collaborative teamwork.
