Relevant mental health counseling experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: $60.30/hour Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on evaluations Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in healthcare records Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information Provide crisis intervention and counseling tailored to inmate needs Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and theories Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality mental health servicesWhat You Need Required:
Active state licensure in mental health counseling or related field U.S. Citizenship for facility clearance Relevant experience in mental health assessment and treatmentPreferred:
Experience working in correctional or facility-based mental health settings Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies About the Assignment This assignment involves providing essential mental health services to inmates within a correctional facility in Florence, AZ. You will assess, treat, and support individuals by applying your clinical skills while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and safety protocols.
