We are looking for a Therapist to see clients in the office in Gilbert, AZ at least 4 days per week , with the option for telehealth on other days. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. Some light administrative duties will also be required (charging card on file, charting, submitting invoices, & client communication). Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this position is a growth-minded therapist who enjoys working in a peaceful, private practice setting with high-acuity private pay clients (no insurance) and prefers to avoid the challenges and stress of managing their own practice (i.e. marketing, sales, administration, account management, networking, cleaning and maintenance, problem solving, rent, accounting, personnel management, etc.). It is also suitable for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and has a genuine passion for both therapy and whole-person health. This position requires self-awareness, a strong work ethic and taking pride in providing quality services, while always maintaining a warm and compassionate approach. Adherence to agency regulations and company policies and commitment to the growth and success of the practice are also imperative. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Therapist or soon-to-be Licensed Associate Therapist in Arizona (LMFT or LAMFT preferred) Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology Therapy, Counseling, and Assessment skills Experience in providing individual and couples therapy (family optional) Psychological evaluation and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Willing to participate in monthly staff meetings (currently first Fridays 11:30-1, present at staff meetings ~2x/year), & participate in ~4x/year social media marketing & team building shoots Strong comfortability with technology Desired Qualifications 3+ years client experience Training/Certification in EFIT, IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, DBR, hypnosis, or somatic therapy Training/experience in couples therapy (EFT, Gottman, RLT, etc.) Minimum of 40 client hours monthly, with a focus on maintaining 80+ client hours monthly (20 hrs/wk) for full-time positions Comfortable working with high-status and high-conflict couples (occasional) Willingness to collaborate with other therapists and naturopathic doctors Interest in or general understanding of naturopathic healthcare and how it can help clients (training provided) Commitment to ongoing education in any of the following: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) Brainspotting Trauma-informed care Neurodivergent individuals and couples Faith crises LGBTQIA2S+ population Integrating spirituality with diverse faith orientations Facilitating Hold Me Tight workshops Facilitating Couples 2-day Intensives Ketamine-assisted therapies Equipment required: Smartphone Computer Malpractice & General Liability Insurance Technical Proficiency Using electronic health records (EHR) software for client records Comfortable using Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, etc.) Able to assist clients in navigating/troubleshooting software during telehealth sessions Recording sessions via video and reviewing therapist's sessions (licensed associates) If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
