Job Description

Youth Care Specialist (Residential) - Rimrock, AZ Emoticare is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Youth Care Specialist/BHT to join our team! As a BHT, you will work closely with our mental health professionals to provide high-quality care to individuals with a range of behavioral and mental health needs. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff, while your dedication to a patient-centered approach will help ensure the delivery of outstanding care.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients with various behavioral and mental health diagnoses, including conducting behavioral interventions and skill-building exercises Assist licensed professionals with assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Collaborate with clients and families to identify and address treatment goals and barriers Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required with 1 year of relevant experience; post-secondary education in a related field preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records Apply Now!
