Behavioral Health Clinician (Master's Level / Licensed Preferred) Spectrum Healthcare Group About the Role Spectrum Healthcare Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an outpatient clinical setting. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy services, support crisis intervention, and coordinate care for individuals and families navigating behavioral health needs. You'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality, client-centered treatment and improving long-term outcomes in the community. What You'll Do Complete diagnostic assessments and determine appropriate levels of care Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention when needed Coordinate care and provide ongoing case management support Monitor client progress and assist with discharge and transition planning Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary care teams Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Education Master's degree in a behavioral health field required Licensure (Highly Preferred) Licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners preferred Independent licensure strongly preferred Experience (Preferred) 2+ years of post-master's supervised experience in behavioral health Skills & Strengths Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced clinical environment Collaborative and team-oriented approach to care Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Ability to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association approved) required for direct care roles Basic computer proficiency required Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of a clinical setting Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record may be required depending on assignment Why Join Us At Spectrum Healthcare Group, your work directly impacts the lives of individuals and families in your community.
