Job Description

Category Schools - School Therapist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as an in-person School Therapist and ABA Therapist, where your expertise will directly support students' growth and development. This full-time role, based near Scottsdale, AZ, offers the chance to impact young lives across 2-3 educational sites. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to fostering positive learning environments, with openings already anticipated for the upcoming school year.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed or certified as a School Therapist and/or ABA Therapist Experience working within school settings is highly valued Ability to travel between 2-3 sites as needed Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group therapy services to students according to IEPs and behavioral plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies that support student success Conduct assessments and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
