Work Environment This role is set within a Community Health Clinic where our professionals thrive in a collaborative remote work environment. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and there may be occasional adjustments to accommodate client sessions effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each client's unique experiences and needs. Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering healing and growth. Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing compassionate guidance and support to address various mental health challenges. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure our clientele receives coordinated care for holistic support. Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to manage acute mental health emergencies and ensure client safety. Educate patients and their support systems about mental health conditions and the available resources in the community to encourage informed decision-making. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential. A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities is crucial. Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, emphasizing cultural responsiveness.
