Join Rite Path Behavioral Health , as a 1099 Independent Contractor Therapist serving clients at our Queen Creek and Tempe, Arizona locations . Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position. At Rite Path, you'll have the freedom to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and communities. We provide consistent referrals, a collaborative clinical environment, and the autonomy you need to grow your practice while helping clients achieve lasting positive change. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices. Provide behavioral health services to English
- and Spanish-speaking clients .
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care. Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations. What You'll Bring Spanish-speaking ability is required. Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master's-level therapist eligible to provide services within the scope of the position. Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
