We are a trauma-informed, attachment-based group practice in Scottsdale and Tempe, specializing in anxiety, relationships, and trauma. Our clinicians integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Method. We are also expanding into Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
As a minority- and woman-owned practice, we are intentional about building a team that is both clinically strong and deeply human.

Full-Time Example (25 sessions/week 48 weeks/year):
Licensed (1099 70/30 split): $95K $115K+Licensed (W2 60/40 split): $80K $95K+ (plus benefits)Associates (W2 $50/session): ~$60KTop performers often exceed these ranges through strong retention, niche development, and professional growth.
