$91,400•110,000 Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD): $118,800•153,000 What You'll Do Provide brief, evidence-based individual and family therapy in an integrated primary care setting. Conduct psychosocial evaluations, triage assessments, and SBIRT screenings. Take warm hand-offs from primary care providers. Document in eCW. Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences. What You Won't Do No late-night crisis shifts. No weekend rotations. No insurance-chasing private-practice admin.

Qualifications Active CA license:

LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist 3+ years in a behavioral health program Clinical experience with adults, families, and children Comfort documenting in an EHR; BLS certification Cultural humility and interest in serving Native American and underserved communities Preference in filling vacancies will be given to qualified Indian applicants in accordance with the Indian Preference Act (Title 25, U.S. Code, §472 & 473).
