Job Description

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - AMFT, ASW, or APCC Olive Crest Job Category Healthcare Overview Description If you are passionate about working with at-risk children and families we encourage you to apply for the Bilingual Mental Health Clinician position at Olive Crest. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults enrolled in our Mental Health programs. They will be responsible for developing and implementing client treatment plans, provide related services such as case management and collateral care and work in collaboration with other Mental Health staff including clinicians, psychiatrists, TBS/Behavioral coaches, and other program's staff. The Clinician will also assist with the coordination and facilitation of Medication Support Services provided by the agency's contracted psychiatrist. This position would be providing services at the clients home, school and/or at the office.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning for clients and their families Provide individual and family therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care Work collaboratively with other service providers, including case managers, probation officers, and school personnel, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care Attend wraparound meetings and participate in developing and implementing treatment plans for clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Provide crisis intervention services as needed (on-call) We are seeking a candidate with a Master's Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy that is currently registered or willing to register with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
