Full relocation package available About the Opportunity Our client is seeking experienced Mental Health Therapists to join their healthcare team in California City, CA. This position provides clinical mental health services to individuals in a correctional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills and be comfortable working with a diverse population. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on each individual's needs. Provide counseling and appropriate mental health treatment services. Document assessments, treatment, and evaluation activities accurately in health records. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive clinical information. Utilize evidence-based psychological counseling theories and treatment techniques. Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention when needed. Collaborate with healthcare and facility staff to support appropriate patient care. Requirements Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. Current California licensure is required. Must possess an appropriate LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license/certification applicable to practice in California. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience . Must be at least 21 years of age .

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
