This position is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy while developing personalized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and emotional wellness. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about delivering evidence-based, client-centered care in an outpatient mental health setting. Licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist) are preferred. Qualified AMFT, APCC, or ASW candidates working toward licensure will also be considered. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated. Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans when appropriate. Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups that support recovery and emotional wellness. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Coordinate care with referral sources, outside providers, and family members (with appropriate authorization). Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation during behavioral health emergencies. Educate clients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, coping strategies, and community resources. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision. Requirements Licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist) are preferred. Qualified AMFT, APCC, or ASW candidates working toward licensure will also be considered. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Experience treating adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred. Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills. Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems. Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations, confidentiality requirements, and professional ethics. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in PHP, IOP, residential treatment, or community mental health. Experience facilitating psychoeducational and process groups. Knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care. Experience working with dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ASAM criteria and behavioral health documentation standards.
