Job Description
The Art of ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable ABA Therapists to join our team. We believe connection comes first and therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and meaningful for both children and families. Who We Are We provide neurodiversity-affirming ABA services grounded in a whole-child approach. We focus on building skills through trust, safety, and high-quality clinical care. What You'll Do Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Build strong relationships with clients and families Collect data and complete session notes accurately Collaborate with caregivers and your clinical team What We're Looking For Experience with children (ABA experience preferred) Interest in working with neurodivergent learners Professional, dependable, and growth-oriented Committed to compassionate, ethical care Availability Required Monday-Friday between 8:00am-2:00 pm If you're looking for supportive supervision, meaningful work, and a team that values both clinical excellence and human connection, we'd love to hear from you.
