Collect and analyze data related to treatment progress, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Coordinate care through case management activities, including home & community care planning and collaboration with other healthcare providers. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote counseling interventions while adhering to clinical documentation standards. Requirements Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist is required. Active Associates number Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques, behavioral health interventions, and trauma-informed care such as PTSD care is essential. Knowledge of medical records systems, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards is necessary. Strong skills in crisis intervention, crisis management, behavioral management, and working with individuals with disabilities are vital for success. Experience working with diverse populations through home & community care settings or hospital environments is advantageous.
