We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Therapists for part-time positions to deliver quality, compassionate and empathetic one-on-one services throughout Los Angeles County. This job is a terrific opportunity to help children develop appropriate social behaviors and life skills. We offer paid training and will help guide, support, and mentor your career in Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities Deliver individualized behavioral therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based approaches. Help implement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect data on all programs Analyze and assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills. Record detailed observation notes for every client. Collaborate with family members to obtain feedback on progress and provide support. Attend clinical team meetings and training sessions. Word independently, as well as on a team, tasking instructions and constructive feedback positively, to ensure a high quality of service to the client. Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications Flexible early evening/evening schedule. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred). High school diploma/GED certificate and AA/60 college course units (required) Experience working with children, preferable those with special needs. RBT certification (or willingness to become certified) Ability to life 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time Negative TB test within the last 60 days Must have valid Driver's License, proof of insurance,, and own transportation Pass pre-employment background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
