CRT Programs is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Weekend Therapist to join our residential mental health treatment team in Downey, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a mental health professional looking for a consistent weekend schedule while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our 16-bed residential mental health treatment program provides individualized care to adults experiencing mental health challenges. Expand your clinical experience while making a meaningful difference What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to adults receiving residential mental health treatment Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed Promote a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed treatment environment

What We're Looking For Required:

Active California license or registration as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, or APCC Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a residential treatment environment Successful completion of Live Scan and required background clearance

Preferred:

Experience in residential mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatric treatment Experience facilitating individual and group therapy Familiarity with CBT, DBT, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care
