Compensation/Pay Range:
$25-$30 Between the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Weekend availabilities welcomed but not required! Active RBT Sign on Bonus for any RBT new hires! Join the In STEPPS Clinical Leadership Program as a Senior Therapist! The Senior Therapist is a leadership position for those with prior experience in providing behavior intervention. In addition to providing high quality, naturalistic ABA therapy you will also complete the following duties for cases in which you are assigned: Complete an in-field task list for your Case Supervisor, providing valuable information on patient progress and needs. Assist the Case Supervisor in Progress Review and Program Evaluation by reviewing program and protocol information, ensuring that it is the most current and relevant to patient needs. Communicate with colleagues regarding observations from the case review. Provide training and support to individuals joining the team. Provide case management and program development as instructed by the Case Supervisor Participate in quarterly clinical team meetings providing information regarding the patient. Providing parent consultation and training when directed to ensure generalization and maintenance of patient skills. Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors The Senior Therapist position receives the following compensation and opportunity to recognize the important job you will do: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, education, and role Quality introductory and ongoing training Mentorship from high level and expert clinicians Training in Pivotal Response Training (PRT) Paid BCBA Supervision for RBT credential and/or BCABA and BCBA hours for those who qualify Quarterly opportunity for advancement and increases Company provided technology and materials Paid drive time and mileage Sick time and floating holidays Same day cancelation pay If you are an experienced Behavior Therapist who is interested in broadening your skillset and joining our Clinical Leadership Program, please apply today! A Senior Therapist must have a minimum of 6 months of experience implementing behavior intervention programing, goals, and support.
Additional requirements:
High School Diploma and Some completed college units required . Bachelor's Degree or Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not required.
