Job Description

Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and trusted partner to schools, communities and families, having provided thousands of individuals with Autism and other disabilities with quality services. IECP is 100% employee-owned, giving each of our employees opportunities to financially benefit from our success. We're looking to hire part-time Behavior Therapists with the potential to grow to full time after hire. Afternoon/evening availability is a must. This position will work alongside individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school and/or community settings, to assist with meeting educational goals, daily living skills, implementing a behavior plan and offering support in accessing their communities. We are currently looking for qualified staff in throughout Eastern Humboldt County, in Willow Creek, Hoopa, Weitchpec, Orleans and surrounding areas. We provide initial and ongoing training. Annual raises available for eligible staff. Outside hires start at $20-23/hr; long term employees can make up to $28/hr. More opportunities for growth (increased pay rate, increased responsibilities) for staff with Bachelor's degree in a related field.
