Full Job Description Behavior Technician and RBT Benefits:

Job Description:
Create a fun, motivating experience to generate a positive learning environment for every individual Implement individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming under the direction of a BCBA/supervisor Use basic principles of ABA such as: reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping procedures Implement strategies to encourage socialization and daily living skills Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system (Central Reach) to enter, track, and view progress
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required with 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis field preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT certified), or RBT in process, is a PLUS Experience working with children, especially those with autism using ABA methodologies Candidates must be energetic, comfortable playing with children, and have a passion for helping youth achieve their true potential Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS For more information on Sunny Days of California, please visit our website www.sunnydays.com.
