Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities! Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and respected partner to schools, communities and families, having provided thousands of individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities with quality services. We're 100% employee-owned, giving each of our employees opportunities to financially benefit from our success. IECP is looking to hire part-time Behavior Therapists, with the potential to grow to full-time. This position will work alongside individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school and/or community settings, to assist with meeting educational goals, daily living skills, implementing a behavior plan and offering support in accessing their communities. We're hiring throughout Mendocino County, with work available in Fort Bragg, Point Arena, Ukiah, Redwood Valley, Willits, Hopland, Anderson Valley, and surrounding areas. Annual raises available for eligible staff. We provide initial and ongoing training. Outside hires start at $20-23/hr; long term employees can make up to $28/hr.
