Job Description

$85/hour | Full-Time Benefits at 25 Total Hours | 1-3 Families | No RBT Supervision Want to be a full-time BCBA without carrying a 15-20 client caseload or spending your week supervising RBTs? Celeration ABA is hiring a full-time BCBA for the Fremont / South Bay area , and we already have families waiting for services.
Our model is different:
our BCBAs work directly with just 1-3 families , build meaningful relationships with them, and maintain significant clinical autonomy. And at Celeration, 25 TOTAL hours per week is considered full-time for benefits. An Immediate Early Intervention Opportunity We're currently onboarding a 20-month-old early intervention client in the Union City area who is seeking approximately 15 hours per week of morning ABA services . For a BCBA who enjoys early intervention and direct clinical work, this is an opportunity to build a large portion of your weekly caseload around one young child and family rather than juggling a long list of cases. The remaining hours would be built around approximately 1-2 additional families , including direct services and parent coaching. What Your Week Could Look Like Rather than managing a large caseload, your schedule would typically include: Approximately 15 morning hours/week with an early intervention family 1-2 additional families for afternoon services and/or parent coaching Remote indirect and administrative work A small caseload of approximately 1-3 families total We currently have families seeking both morning and afternoon services and will work with you to build a sustainable schedule. What You'll Earn $85/hour for billable AND non-billable work Full-time benefits at just 25 billable hours/week Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) + company match Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid sick time CEU reimbursement This is a W-2 employee position , not an independent contractor role. What Makes Celeration Different Our BCBAs actually get to be BCBAs.
You will:
Work directly with just 1-3 families Design and implement your own programming Conduct assessments and monitor progress Provide meaningful parent coaching Build genuine relationships with the families you serve Complete indirect work remotely Have significant clinical autonomy You will not: Supervise a large team of RBTs Carry a traditional high-volume BCBA caseload Spend your week dealing with staffing fires Chase 30+ billable-hour requirements Be micromanaged Who We're Looking For You must: Hold active BCBA certification Be eligible to work as a BCBA in California Have experience providing ABA services Enjoy working directly with children and families Be comfortable working independently Be able to provide in-person services in the Fremont / Union City / South Bay area Have availability for both morning and afternoon services Early intervention experience is strongly preferred. More than anything, we're looking for a thoughtful clinician who enjoys doing the actual clinical work and wants the time and autonomy to do it well. About Celeration ABA Celeration ABA is a small, BCBA-led practice built around a different model of ABA care: small caseloads, clinical autonomy, and direct relationships between BCBAs and families. Our BCBAs typically work with just 1-3 families at a time , rather than overseeing large caseloads through multiple layers of staff. If you love being a BCBA but don't love what the traditional BCBA job has become, we'd love to talk. We're actively building this caseload now and will reach out quickly to qualified applicants.
