Job Description

On-site role in Garden Grove, CA for a part-time Registered Associate in a private practice under licensed supervision. Provide individual, couples, family therapy and facilitate groups. Seeking someone committed to diverse populations, growth, and professional development. New associates welcome. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Marital and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology Registered with the BBS as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC Strong interest in working with individuals, couples, and families in diverse communities Bilingual is a plus but not required Reliable, professional, and committed to clinical growth Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Able to work at least 3 days/week within this schedule: 9:30-5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and establish diagnoses using DSM-5 and appropriate ICD-10 codes Provide individual, couples, and family therapy (in-person and via telehealth) addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and behavioral challenges Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR-informed care, and Gottman Method interventions Support clients in building practical coping skills and improving communication and functioning Complete timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Facilitate groups and classes as assigned Collaborate with supervisor and team as needed for case consultation and continuity of care. Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability while fulfilling assigned clinical and administrative responsibilities to support continuity of care and efficient practice operations. Communicate promptly and professionally regarding schedule changes, availability, documentation, or any matter that may impact client care, supervision, or office operations. What We Offer Weekly individual and/or group supervision with a licensed LMFT (meets BBS requirements) at no cost. Clinical guidance and supervision in evidence-based practices (CBT, trauma-informed care, anger management, couples therapy, parenting programs) Mentorship to develop the knowledge and skills needed for building your own private practice Manageable caseload
Pay:
