• , special education, or building a long-term career in behavioral health or education. You will work directly with students, collaborate with teachers and district staff, and help create a structured, positive learning environment for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Key Responsibilities
• + •Behavior intervention•— Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA or supervising clinician.

• Student engagement
• — Support students in staying on task, participating in class, and developing independence. +
• Behavior data collection
• — Accurately record student behavior, progress, and skill acquisition throughout the day. +
• Classroom collaboration
• — Partner with teachers, aides, and school staff to maintain consistency across settings. +
• Crisis prevention
• — Use de-escalation strategies and follow district safety protocols when challenging behaviors arise. +
• IEP implementation
• — Support accommodations, behavior goals, and student-specific plans.
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred. + Strong communication, patience, and professionalism. + Ability to follow structured behavior plans and collect accurate data. + Reliability and consistency in a school-based environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• + High School diploma or equivalent required + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
