Prime Behavioral Solutions Inc. is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Therapist to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA! In this role, you will provide individualized, home-based ABA services to two children, helping them develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. This position offers 20 scheduled hours per week, paid initial training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and an opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in the clients' home. Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision. Support communication, independence, and adaptive skill development. Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily session documentation. Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in ongoing professional training. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications Previous ABA experience preferred but not required. Experience in childcare, psychology, education, or related fields is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to meet applicable TB screening and background check requirements. CPI certification preferred but not required. Authorization to work in the United States. Strong communication skills, dependability, patience, and willingness to learn. What We Offer $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
