Qualifications:
High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field with 1 year exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder. (Preferred) Reliable transportation
Part-time :
Up to 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized behavior therapy sessions to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Utilize behavior protocols and interventions developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address specific objectives for each client. Gather daily data on client behaviors during therapy sessions to monitor progress and support ongoing evaluation by the clinical team. Work closely with BCBA, behavior technicians, and other team members to ensure coordinated care and effective implementation of treatment plans. Actively seek feedback from supervisors and peers to improve clinical skills and effectiveness as a behavior therapist. Apply received feedback to enhance therapy techniques and approaches. AND ability to engage in playful interactions with individuals!
